Shipping & Handling Info


Shipping frozen desserts is a delicate process, with each package getting individualized care and attention in order to ensure the best quality. In order to keep the desserts in a fresh frozen state, all orders are delivered within 2 days of shipping. Orders get shipped out on Mondays through Wednesdays.  Please allow 1-2 business day to process the orders

We are currently shipping within the Continental US. Please note that there may be restrictions on some products.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


Dry Ice Handling 

To ensure the freshness and quality of our desserts, all are flash frozen and carefully packaged in insulated, sturdy boxes with dry ice. 

  • If there is dry ice still remaining in the box, use potholder or gloves to remove, do not touch with bare hands! The dry ice remaining in the box will evaporate. 
  • If there is no dry ice remaining in the box, put the dessert into the freezer unless you are serving the desserts right away. Desserts can stay in the freezer for up to 3 months.
  • Take desserts out of box and remove any packaging before thawing for approximately 20 minutes (for larger items if frozen solid and taken directly from dry ice) or 5-10 minutes (for smaller items such as lollies or pops, or if larger product is taken from a freezer). Pay attention to your dessert as thawing time may vary.

Some frost may occur during shipping which can be easily removed by thawing or blowing lightly. Frost will not affect the taste or quality of the desserts.

Returns Policy

We do not take returns, but if the items are damaged on arrival, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product condition. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to refund your order or replace your items. 

Please be aware, shipping companies will often leave boxes at your home* if no one is there to receive the package. Because of this, we pack all frozen items with extra dry ice to keep your order freshly frozen until the night of the expected ship date. If your order was delivered but was damaged because items were not put in the freezer within a reasonable time frame, we can not be responsible for the melted items.
