Thawing and Heating DAIRY cheese blintzes: 3-4 hours to defrost and eat. Best if defrosted and fried lightly in butter for 2-5 minutes or warmed in microwave for 30 seconds. Can also be warmed in oven for 3-5 minutes covered at 350F. Best kept frozen, and should not be refrigerated.
